Because many of our products are made fresh, refunds may be limited once an order has been prepared.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact the café location or our customer service team as soon as possible. We may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or other resolution at our discretion.

7. Allergens and Dietary Information

Our cafés prepare and serve products that may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, and other ingredients.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards may not be replaced unless required by law and sufficient proof of purchase is provided.

For New York customers, gift cards and gift certificates are generally subject to New York consumer protection rules, including restrictions on expiration dates and certain fees. New York’s Department of State states that gift cards and gift certificates cannot expire within nine years and cannot decline in value because of fees.
